At Totally Gluten Free Bakery, we are passionate about providing delicious, high-quality gluten-free baked goods. Established in 2006, our journey began with a vision to create a dedicated gluten-free space after noticing the need in the community. We initially opened our first store on Worcester Street, but as demand grew, we expanded by taking over additional shops to form our original bakery. In 2010, Lori joined the team, and together we navigated challenges, including the 2011 earthquake, but our commitment to our customers never wavered. Today, we continue to blend tradition and innovation, offering a wide range of scrumptious treats—from bread and pastries to cakes and cookies—ensuring everyone can enjoy the joy of baked goods without gluten.
